Consultation

Our sales team will meet and discuss with the client
to identify their exact inquiries and desires. We will appraise
the space assigned for the wine cabinet
to ensure the fitting and design will blend harmoniously.

Design

Our design team will coordinate thoroughly with the customer/interior designer to determine their desired specifications.

Design of the overall shape and size.

Material selection for both interior and exterior
(i.e. Color and surface finishes).

Design of racking style.

Design of Lighting (i.e. Color, style and placement).

CAD Drawing & Quotation

The acquired information from the consultation and design stages will then be used to generate CAD drawings and quotation of
the wine cellar/cabinet. The customer will see precisely what they are buying and for how much.

Order Confirmation

Once design is satisfactory, the client will then be asked to confirm and approve quotation and CAD drawings.

Production

Our factory is ready to begin production as soon as the quotation and CAD Drawing has been confirmed. Normally, the lead time varies between 6-10 weeks from this stage.

Delivery & Installation

Once ready, our logistics and installation team
will then deliver and install on site.

Testing & Commissioning

Our team will carefully test and commission the installed wine cellar/cabinet before handing over.

Warranty

COOGAN wine cellar and cabinet come with a 12 month warranty. Please refer to our warranty terms for details.
